About Us
Dr. Hsuan (Christy) Chao is a caring and approachable practitioner with a great passion for Chinese Medicine. She is the sixth generation of TCM doctors in her family, which evokes her curiosity and passion for Chinese Medicine. She utilises her knowledge and skills in a holistic and individualised approach.
Christy is a Doctor of Chinese Medicine registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and is an accredited member of the Australian Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine Association (AACMA).
She graduated with a 5-year double Bachelor’s degree in Health Science and Applied Science in Chinese Medicine with distinctions from RMIT University.
She also completed a clinical internship at the Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Nanjing, China.
Dr. Christy is fluent in both English and Mandarin.
趙軒醫生是家中的第六代中醫師也是澳洲醫療人員管理局AHPRA的註冊的中醫醫生。同時也是澳洲針灸和中醫協會（AACMA）的認可會員。
她以優異的成績畢業於皇家墨爾本理工大學，並獲得了健康科學和中醫應用科學的 5 年制雙學士學位並且在中國南京的江蘇省中醫院完成了臨床實習。

Please bring in any exam results, the names of your current medications, and any details that may be relevant, such as recent menstrual cycle dates.
It is also recommended to wear loose, comfortable clothing to allow easy access to the treatment area.
Hygiene is a top priority at Phases Chinese Medicine Clinic 軒醫堂. All acupuncture needles are single-use, sterilized, and pre-packaged. Used needles are safely disposed of in medical sharps containers after each treatment.
We also provide single-use bed sheets for everyone, which will be disposed of after they are used.
We accept cash, HICAPS, EFTPOS, and credit cards. Please note that there is a 2% surcharge on all card payments.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of an appointment will incur a 50% fee. Failure to show up without contacting us in advance will result in a 100% cancellation fee. Please provide at least 48 hours' notice when cancelling an appointment.
